I built an award-winning restaurant business that introduced America to Indian-Chinese cuisine. It was featured in The New York Times, The New Yorker and Fox News, and in a Tribeca Film Festival documentary. Running restaurants taught me operations, margins and people faster than any classroom.
As a broker at Corcoran and Compass, I closed more than $100M in transactions. I then joined WeWork India as Head of Enterprise Sales, selling flexible workspace to large companies in one of the world’s most complex markets.
As a certified OKR coach, I’ve worked with 50+ startups and leadership teams through Techstars and corporate programs at Standard Chartered, Rolls-Royce and Shell. Most of that work came down to one question: how do you get a team to change how it works?
That question led me to found Bryckel AI. We build expert AI agents that run the document workflows behind commercial real estate: abstracts across every amendment, clause reports, critical dates, tenant mix, LOIs and listing pitch decks.
The agents run inside Claude and ChatGPT, so teams keep the tools they already use, with every answer cited to its source and a person signing off. Asset managers, lease administrators and landlord-rep brokers at leading commercial real estate firms use them every day.
To date, Bryckel has parsed more than 1M provisions, reviewed 100M+ SF of deals and saved 56,000 hours.
I wrote The Shadow Partner about AI entering CRE firms before leadership had a plan. I write No BS AI on Substack, and I run hands-on sessions for teams and speak at CRE events on Claude, Microsoft Copilot and AI agents.
